On Saturday, April 29th, the 4th Centennial Plaza will host the II Blue Culture Festival organized by the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) in conjunction with the Ann Sullivan Panama Center (CASPAN) with the aim of raising public awareness about autism as a condition and not as a disease.

On the occasion of the events commemorative to the World Day of Down Syndrome, families, children and girls with this condition of the Association Lozo de Unión Inclusivo Familiar (ALUIF) have made a tour of several office of the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) where they have been received by the incumbent, Giselle González Villarrué.

To gain knowledge about the right of persons with disabilities to participate in an equitable manner in all activities that have been undertaken, about 150 partners from the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) and other partners have been proactively involved in workshops dictated by Jembell Chinfundo activist.

Panama, November 29, 2022.-Commemoration of International Day of People with Disabilities, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) will conduct on December 3 the fourth version of the Inclusive Gala at the National Theater, that will start at 7: 00 p.m. and will be an event open to the public.

To report and provide a more accessible place for people with disabilities, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) with the Old Panama Board held a workshop "Learning about disability" for guides and safety stations at the site.
