If the work is established as a result of a public office, the complainant's letter of appointment should be submitted in PDF format.

What happens once I send the registration request form and the documentation?

REVISION OF TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION BY THE DIRECTOR

EXPEDITION OF THE REGIONAL AND CERTIFICATION RESOLUTION

Once the applicant referred these vouchers to the post office obrasauthors @ MiCultura.gob.paand the National Office of Copyright has 30 (30) working days to issue a decision ordering registration and to issue an appropriate work registration certificate. The Republic of Panama by Act 9 of 12 April 2016 ratified the Treaty of Marrakech with a view to facilitating access to published works for blind persons with visual disabilities or with other difficulties with access to print text.

It is also a governmental institution or non-profit organization that provides the same services to the beneficiaries as one of its main activities or institutional obligations.

To apply for registration as an authorized entity with the National Copyright Office of the Ministry of Culture, this form should be used:
