The Panama National Ballet celebrates its 52-year-old with great novelties, leading to the introduction of internationally renowned teachers and the opening of auditions for young artists, as part of its recent presentation of the classic "La Bayadere," under the direction of Graciela Guillén, at the National Theater from 22 to 25 June 2012.

The well-known photographer Gustavo Barrios presented his first photo book entitled La Esmeralda at the stand of the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) at the International Book Fair 2024. That 156-page work captures the essence and talent of the National Ballet of Panama, showing the work of his outstanding dancers, artisans and choreographers.
