With emotional presentations filled with talent, sensitivities and hope, the second edition of Música para Todas 2025 was held at the City of the Arts under the motto "Designing a Future Without Barriers."

The meeting, organized by the Panama Youth Orchestra and Chorus Network of the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), in co-ordination with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), brought together more than a thousand children and youth from the Panama Center, Colón, Panama West and San Miguelito modules, who shared a same stage by proving that art was a powerful tool for social inclusion and transformation.

During the festival, the Ministry of Culture gave recognition to allied institutions that promote accessibility and inclusive education, including the Panamanian Institute of Special Habilitation (IHE), for their commitment to the artistic training of persons with disabilities and for contributing to strengthening a more just and empathic society.

In an emotional atmosphere and full of applause, the Minister of Culture, María Eugenia Herrera, expressed that this festival "is a testimony that inspires us, because when diversity is valued, the doors are open to accessibility and when we believe in the potential of every child and young person, the whole society becomes great and strong."

The Minister also emphasized that "art brings us together and culture enriches our lives and souls," while recognizing the efforts of parents, teachers and students that make every presentation possible. "The true heroes are children, their parents and their teachers, who support this project with love, surrender and faith," she emphasized.

The Música para Todos Festival reaffirms the commitment of the Ministry of Culture to promoting inclusive cultural policies that will ensure participation by all sectors of society.

The event, as well as visualizing the talent of young musicians from different regions, reflect the positive impact of artistic education as a vehicle for human development and social cohesion.

The day culminated with a hopeful message: that music will continue to sound for all, without distinction, as a symbol of a country that builds a more human, accessible and united future every day.
