Panama, August 15, 2025 - In the framework of the commemoration of the 506 years of the Founding of Panama la Vieja, the Bella Vista Communal Board organized a folk and artistic event at Soho Mall City Center's headquarters.

The Vice-Minister of Culture, Arianne Benedetti, participated in the event and emphasized the importance of these initiatives that enhance cultural values and Panamanian identity.

The day includes a varied program with artistic presentations, with a focus on the evolution of pollera and the jewelry of pollera and an exhibition and sale of crafts, jewelry and gastronomic products.

During her visit, Deputy Minister Benedetti had a direct approach with the entrepreneurs and artisans who exhibited their creations, recognizing their talent and efforts behind their products. That event did not only promote culture but also offer a platform for local economic development.
