The International Book Fair was an ideal stage for the presentation and production of the first printed edition of the works that won the 2023 Literary Conforms, organized by the National Section of the Arts of the Ministry of Culture.

During the Literature Gala of the Ricardo Miró contest, Martin Jamieson presented the essay book by Damaris Serrano, "The Panamanian literature in his globalism." Gloriela Carles and Joselin Goncalves presented the works of Javier Medina Bernal in the categories of tale and novel, "Fairy and other tales" and "Faithful and voices," respectively.

In his poetry genre, "Paul Celan pits his Sena (1970)" by Javier Alvarado was introduced by Ela Urriola. The theater section had his work "Balcones del arrabal" by José Durango Polo, presented by Alex Mariscal.

Each of the five winners received the hundreds of copies established at the bases of the contest.

The writer Cheri Lewis received her 75 copies of "La Tora and the Rabbit," a winning work at the Carlos Francisco Changmarín 2023 Children's and Youth Literature contest, submitted by Amith Valencia. Also, Dimitrios Gianareas, winner of the National Prize of Narrative Ariel Barria, received his 50 copies of the short novel "General Fisiology of the Heart," presented by Olga de Obaldia.

"The fugitive matter," a poemary by José Roberto Castro Montilla, winner of the Nobel Prize for Young Poetry Gustavo Btista Cedeño 2023, was put forward by Jaiko Jiménez. Like his other winners, Castro Montilla received 75 copies of his prize work.

With this surrender, the Ministry of Culture, through the National Section of the Arts, complies with what was established at the bases of these competitions.
