The program was developed by the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the National Board of Creative Economics with the support of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (AMSMEs) and the Technology University of Panama (UTP), and they have been awarded a certificate duly accredited by the UTP to the 50 graduates.

The first group was made up of young people, adults and people aged 70 and older. A mother, head of family, attended the whole course with her baby in his arms and met all the criteria to get his idea into action.
