The Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery, located at Casco Antiguo, opens its doors to the exhibition "Between the Prophet and the Sacred, The Perseverant Line," a unique sample of the artist Laura Díaz, available up to March 6 with free public access.

Composed of 35 works with the delicate technique of pumbling on cardboard, the exhibition highlights the complexity and essence of the woman, reflecting his faults, virtues and hidden meanings at every stage. "Each drawing has a message and reflects a feeling," emphasized the artist, who from a child found his form of expression in his art.

Laura Diaz emphasized the importance of dreams in the creative process: "We have to dream, because dreaming leads you to realize dreams. If you don't dream, there are no achievements in life," she says.

For his part, Cindy Rivas, head of the Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery, emphasized that the 2025 program was complete with more than 20 artists participating in individual and collective exhibitions throughout the year. He also noted that in 2024 the gallery housed about 50 artists and became a key space for the dissemination of art in Panama.

Those interested in exhibiting at the Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery of the Ministry of Culture will have to send a physical request to the Minister of Culture, María Eugenia Herrera.

For this 2025, all exhibitions at the Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery will be free for the public. The care hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8: 00 a.m. to 4: 00 p.m.
