with the participation of 28 partners from MiCultura, Defensoría del Pueblo and the municipalities of Panama and San Miguelito, concluded the fourth day of training and awareness about cultural rights.

The day organized by the national leadership of Cultural Rights and Citizenship of MiCultura was divided into four sessions with the aim of facilitating an understanding of the contents related to the defence of the cultural rights of the population.

Enrique Noel, national director, explained that at the final session, participants were trained in the design of cultural projects to be involved in the development of the aims from a cultural perspective.

Human rights, current legislation, project design and public policies, all with an approach to cultural rights were part of the issues dealt with on this fourth day, Noel detailed.
