The lucky winner is Carmen Sarracín, a Panamanian housewife, a resident of La Chorro, a mother of three children and a grandmother of four grandchildren, who first visited the National Crafts Fair with his husband and family. Carmen, she confesses that she doesn't know how to drive yet, but she claims that this unexpected prize motivates her to learn. Now her next challenge is to get her driver's license while her husband, Carlos Torres, will be in charge of teaching her how to drive.
