Panama, May 13, 2026. - At a colorful meeting that highlights the value of art as a bridge between nations, the show "Filling Ilusions: Dominican Pinta Bueno" was inaugurated at the City of the Arts. The 13th edition of the Traveling Exposition brings together the talent of children and adolescents from the Eleosnet School of Art, who through drawing and painting offer a fresh and sensitive look at their reality.

The event was attended by the Minister of Culture of Panama, María Eugenia Herrera, and Ambassador Roberto Salcedo Gavilan of the Dominican Republic, who were accompanied by representatives of the Eliosnet Foundation. The event highlighted the strategic collaboration between the Panamanian program Latidos del Barrio, the School of Diversified Arts and the Dominican delegation to promote an unprecedented creative exchange.

) During her intervention, Minister Herrera emphasized the transformative role of creativity in human development: "When a child paints, imagines, and imagines, builds and builds from creativity, she also learns how to better understand herself and how to understand others."

The Eleosnet Foundation of Art is an institution dedicated to early artistic training, focused on strengthening the technical and creative skills of childhood and adolescence. It focuses on using the plastic arts as a tool of human training, thought and sensitivities, giving its students the resources to project "illusion, color and hope" in different territories.

"Hiltanando Ilusizo" and a pictorial exhibition are a place of co-existence where Panamanian and Dominican students share common visions. Minister Herrera expressed her appreciation for the efforts that allow the City of the Arts to be a stage of fraternity, where Panama and Dominican Republic are united by the wealth of the Caribbean and the conviction that culture is a permanent bridge among their peoples.
