Panama January 11, 2026. The Panama Network of Orquestas and Children's and Youth Chores at the Ministry of Culture began its 2026 Summer Season for the fourth consecutive year with the celebration of the "Music Feria," at the dome of Omar Park, that brought together music groups from the provinces and sectors of the country.

The cultural and recreational event had the substance of children, youth and families about music and community co-existence, with a continuous program of musical presentations that attested to the talent, discipline and training of members of the Network.

During the day, the public was able to enjoy interpretations of choral and orchestral groupings from Aguadulce, Penonomé, Azuero, Western Panama, Eastern Panama, Colón and Central Panama, reflecting the national scope of the program and the sustained work that takes place throughout the year in each community.

Electra Castillo, national director of the Network, stated that this Music Feria was designed as a space for family meeting and cultural celebration, where music acted as an engine for social integration.

In addition to the concerts, the event had a gastronomic offer, inflatable games, animations, recreational activities and gift delivery, especially designed for the enjoyment of children and youth assistants.

With this initiative, Panama's Network of Youth Orquestas and Coros continues its intention to continue with artistic training, social inclusion and strengthening the artistic and social growth of its members, welcoming a new summer season open to the public and charged with different cultural activities.
