Chiriquí headquarters of the National Meeting of Literature

For the first time, the province of Chiriquí will be the stage of the fifth meeting of literature, a cultural celebration organized by the Ministry of Culture that will bring together more than 55 national writers, including winners of the Ricardo Miró National Literature Competition, for a week that will offer free and open activities to all public.
From June 24 to June 29, the city of David will have an intense program with more than 30 literary activities among them: storytelling workshops, lectures, recitals, storyteller's, exhibitions and concheatoriums that seek to bring literature, art and creativity closer to the whole community.
The guests include: Manuel Montilla, Ela Urriola, Marco Ponce, Danae Brugiati, Damaris Serrano, Liliana Pinedo, Bladimir Víquez, Edilberto González, Mónica Miguel, Rafael Candanedo, Mes Pasquual, Dimitros Gianareas, Carlos Atencio, Gladys Rios and other important exponents of national literature.
The meeting will be held in a number of cultural and educational spaces, including UNACHI, the Government Auditorium, the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Culture, libraries, educational centers, the Boquete District and the Corridments of Cerro Caña and Soloy with an agenda designed for all ages and public.
