A meeting with art and music
The Omar Reg Park will become the stage for the fusion of art, music and dance with the first edition of the Vibra Panama Festival, an activity open to the public organized by the Ministry of Culture with the support of the First Lady's Office on March 7, 8, 13 and 14.
The festival will feature the participation of the Panama National Ballet, the prestigious Butler University Dance Program, and leading artists such as Solieh Samudio and Andy Diaz, who come back after a successful tour abroad. They will also pay tribute to key figures at the dance as Marek Cholewa, director of the dance program at Butler University and former director of the Panama National Ballet and the renowned Rossana Rufo, who will share their experience with young talents.
One of the most awaited moments will be the presentation of the musical "1903," an impounding production that brings the public to the birth of the Republic and emphasizes national identity.
The music will play a leading role with presentations by national and international artists such as Boza, Take you to Mars, María Cabal, Gaby Gnazzo, who consolidate the Panamanian presence at the musical scene.
The Minister of Culture, María Eugenia Herrera, emphasized the importance of the festival. "Beyond the shows, Vibra Panama aims to create opportunities for training and growth for new generations. The presence of international institutions such as Butler University strengthens cultural links and opens doors for our young artists."
Programming of the Vibra Panama Festival
March 7 and 8 - Presentation of the 1903 music acclaim, a work that has broken attendance records and promise to thrill the public.
March 13 - Gala Internacional de Danza "Connecciones," with the participation of the Panama National Ballet and Butler University Dance Program.
March 14 - A great musical day with María Cabal, leading you to Mars, Gaby and the Rockers and a spectacular closure by Boza.
Each of the presentations will have an "Entrepreneur and Gastronomic Market" from 4: 00 p.m.
