After five weeks of creativity and learning, the Cultural Summer Expresarte culminates with a spectacular closure on February 25, 26 and 27, at the top of the central courtyard of the City of the Arts.

During the closing sessions, participants have shown what they have learned at different workshops through dance, theater, music and plastic arts presentations, and have been giving public talent and creativity.

In addition to his artistic performances, his assistants have been able to walk through the Mercadito Expresso a place where crafts, local cuisine and creative jobs have been exhibited.

Arianne Benedetti, Vice Minister of Culture, who accompanied his assistants at this close, expressed: "That's the end of summer but don't forget that they can continue to enjoy this space, that will have more and more activities for all."

For his part, Concepción de León, 88 years old and with his granddaughter and his Neurology course at Puntillismo, said "Art provides relaxation and in children with disabilities is of great benefit. He had been involved in drawing and painting in previous years but this technique was a revelation to me."

The instructor and sociologist Irene Saldaña, who worked with 24 students in the course of Neurology with Puntillo commented "have been an extraordinary experience as I have with students with disabilities, being a population that add other talents to their potential"
