At the Theater Festival, seventh grader at the Institute of America participated in a training workshop called "Social Circo," which aims to interested the teenager in practical activities and work as a circus and theater team.

Ángel Gutiérrez and Lisa Nájera, were the tallerists of this activity where the students worked their motor and co-ordinated and learned tricks with objects, and challenges them, as they felt secure and confident about themselves as they did so.

Lisa Nájera, Circular Study instructor, stated that "this activity helps teens to develop all that psychomotor intelligence is, strengthening their body memory, their co-ordination and the possibility to connect with imagination through movement and the handling of objects."

Social Circo, an exercise where children and youth are shown all circus disciplines and techniques in schools and communities, and an art that's growing up in Panama and people have to connect with their own language through this discipline.

The Teatro Festival, in its seventh version, is run by the Ministry of Culture through the National Direction of The Arts with the aim of promoting the creation, movement or mobility and production of theatrical works in Panama, from its different genres.
