For cultural and collective management organisations and visual artists, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) informs them that they are still in time to participate in the call to be part of the third version of the "Fest Visual Arts" that will be held from 16 to 31 July at different locations.

The categories that this festival looks at are artistic installation, video art, production, photography, digital art, painting, sculpture and workshops and dialogues specialized in different themes of visual arts, which will be open to all public.

The proposals may be individual or collective and face-to-face exposure, addressed to the general public, family or children and that they also meet at least the requirements set out at the bases, together with the registration form, which are published on the website at thehttps: / / MiCultura.gob.pa / concurs-and-convocation / . 

The request shall have the registration form with all filled fields and the documentation or links requested in the form. Once the application and the system confirmation have been made, an e-mail shall be sent tocalveo @ MiCultura.gob.pa to report that they have been applying them.

They can apply as facilitators to provide workshops, national or foreign teachers with master's, master's degree or visual art technicians, or with proven and documented professional performance showing professional experience of at least ten (10) years as artists or teachers in the training of visual artists and cultural managers in the field of visual arts.
