Panama and Korea put their wealth of heritage into images

At the Juan Manuel Cedeño Gallery at Las Bóvedas, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea opened his photo exhibition "Panama-Korea, Cultural Heritage," an example of the intangible heritage that both countries have and that will be open until 9 September.
The exhibition that takes place as part of 60 years of bilateral relations between the two nations and was opened by his deputy minister, Gabriel González and his ambassador to Panama, Jeong Jin Kyu.
The exhibition leads the viewer to a tour of the wealth of celebrations where they will be able to observe emblematic monuments of each country included in their list of UNESCO World Heritage as well as manifestations of the local heritage of each country.
During the opening event, the deputy ministers of culture, Gabriel González, invited the public to familiarize themselves with the events that give them their identities and emphasized "the promotion of art and culture, that belong to the wisdom and beliefs of our peoples that are the legacy that both republics have built in the construction and consolidation of our diplomatic relations in every area of human conduct."
"Take a memory of every photo, every story and get to know the sister culture of Korea and Panama, through his living heritage of the spaces built by the ancestors," remarked Isabel Burgos, national director of The Arts of MiCultura.
They are 40 images of Panama and Korea, where artists from the lens such as Lois Iglesias, Bernie Garrido and Roberto Saavedra, among others who had an opportunity to capture beauty and moments within Panamanian festivals and celebrations as the National pollera Festival, the Board of Embarra, and technologies such as that of the world, the production of mola, and the production of beverages and food from our native peoples.
While, from Korea, visitors will get to know about the Gyeongbokgung palace, temples such as Jeonghye sa, instruments such as gayageum, Pungmul nori, stage art and the traditional Cheoyongmu actual dance, among other events that will be surprising to the public, and they have been captured by the Tourism Organization of the Republic of Korea.
Jeong Jin Kyu, ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Panama highlighted the benefits of the partnership that have been developed through an agreement with MiCultura and the achievements achieved in the various activities undertaken. He also advanced other initiatives as a whole, including the presentation of the Jeju Dance Company, the Korean Film Festival and so forth.
This visual gift that strengthens bilateral relations through sharing his or her identity will be open to the public from 9: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday at the gallery at Plaza de France or Las Bóvedas.
