The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), through the national office of Equal Opportunities, aims to bring an inclusive exhibition "Tocando Aprendo" to all provinces of the country as a means of raising public awareness about the right of people with visual disabilities to have an understanding of the contents of pictorial works.

On this occasion and for the fourth time, 11 high-profile works with a description using the "Braille" language by Daniel Cubilas have been exhibited since Saturday June 4th for two weeks at the Penonomé Museum in the area of San Antonio.

The opening event was attended by his deputy ministers, Gabriel González, who shared with teachers and students with visual disabilities at the Panamanian Institute of Special Habilitation (IPHE) of Coclé and encouraged them to move forward and to overcome every situation to achieve their goals.

Following the opening with the participation of, inter alia, the national director of Equal Opportunities, Jorge Morales and the national director of MiCultura at Coclé, Francisco De León, a workshop was held, where IHE students with visual disabilities proceeded to palpate the works and describe their contents.

For as long as the exhibition takes, workshops with people will be held with them put a handkerchief in their eyes and they will be asked to pat the works and describe their contents.
