Museums of Panama feature at an international meeting

With the outstanding participation of the National Director of Museums of the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), Anayansi Chicpacho with a group of museum leaders developed the "Museums and Territory" webinar sponsored by the Italian-Latin American (IILA) national organisation with headquarters in Italy.
The webinar developed in the virtual modality was also supported by Fondazione Scuola Beni and Attività Culturali (Italy) from October 14 to November 23.
The program of work at this meeting where Chicpacho, on behalf of Panama, exchange views and knowledge with other experts from Latin American countries and whose theme focused on the relationship between cultural institutions and the Territory to strengthen a responsible and participatory culture citizenship.
The event held 5 front webinars and 5 jobs at which professionals, the Director of Museums of Panama had been able to strengthen his knowledge about the matter and she also had the Panamanian experience with the Italian hosts and their Latin American peers.
On this experience, Chicpacho emphasized the great interest and commitment expressed in all the activities of the programme, participating and actively interacting both at front and front conferences at the work tables.
The organizers of the Webinar emphasized that the participation of Panamanian officials will serve as a basis for new collaborations and exchanges of views and experiences as part of future projects and collaborations between Spanish and Latin American cultural institutions
