Panamanian writer Vladimir Berrio-Lemm first introduced to a select public his book "Heraldica Escudos and Blasones in Panama at the R floor of the Ministry of Culture, as part of his activities as a commission of the Bicentennial of the Independence of Panama of Spain, to enlist and celebrate the 200 years of this patriotic gesture.
For the historian and researcher, the work deals with the history of the shields from Spanish, Colombian and today's times about the perspective of the Heraldics, an old science that studies the shields and Blasones.

Vladimir Berrio-Lemmus, as a history researcher and Coordinator of the National Commission of Symbols of the Nation, was a graduate from the University of Panama and held courses in law and political sciences as well as in humanities. He had been a researcher, event organizer, specialist in Panamanian philatelia, as a guide and training of tourism.
