MiCultura RINDE REPORT IN THE INIOR OF THE COUNTRY

With a meeting with the Governor of the Province of Los Santos, Rubén Villarreal completed the work day of a delegation from the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) to the Central Provinces to report on the National Government's Strategic Plan in the Cultural Area.
The Governor of the Province of Santeña, Rubén Villarreal ponder the initiative of MiCultura to report about all the advances and projects developed in his two years of operation.
MiCultura has so far developed most of his programs, limited by the global pandemic caused by the Covid 19, but however has been able to achieve the goals outlined by Governor Villarreal, who also expressed complacency with the interest of the Ministry in enabling a Folklore Center at Las Tables.
Upon instructions from Minister Carlos Aguilar and following a plan advanced by President Laurentino Cortizo, MiCultura will have an approach to Counting with all governors of the country, including those of the Indigenous Comarcas.
José Ismael Herrera, General Secretary of MiCultura, had a working session with the Governor of Herrera Province, Víctor Roca Cuan, who received a detailed report of actions undertaken by MiCultura at national level and also about local programs.
They were also part of the mission, Yessenia Sánchez, Special Projects Director and Jaronne Rovi, Infrastructure Director.
The Governor described as "positive that MiCultura will report to the provincial authorities about his programs as enabling his Executive representatives to conduct complete information about his actions.
Earlier, this exercise was conducted in the provinces of Coclé and Veraguas where the same information was provided and some provincial actions by MiCultura were also defined.
The projects leading up to this entity, such as the restoration of heritage as the San Lorenzo fort, the Portobelo Customs and the opening program Colmenal Reading Center in the 300 poorest cordments of the country, support for entrepreneurs, support for artisan, authors, rescue of the Reina Torres Anthropological Museum of Araúz and others in the Republic and construction of the City of The Arts, have been among other things reported to governors.
That day of accountability will continue this week in the provinces of Chiriquí and Bocas del Toro.
