Through the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), five Panamanian youth with skills in performing tools such as oboe, fagot, French horn, trombone, viola, cello and contraband will have an opportunity to expand and strengthen their knowledge at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Italy.

To this end, MiCultura announces that interested parties have a deadline till June 28 to submit the documents enabling them to participate in the grants that will give them an opportunity to complete their musical training.

To sign up for these grants, interested parties have to meet a number of requirements as they are: to be of age (enclose copies of cordula), Panamanian, and to support the need for financial or academic assistance and a living paper.
