Panama January 26, 2026. The Ministry of Culture launched in September 2025 the Citizen's Consultation for the creation of Panama's First National Cultures Plan, a participatory process that seeks to gather views and proposals to define the country's cultural Roadmap for the next seven years.

The polls are available up to 6 February 2026 and can be completed by youth and adults from age 15 onwards.

The Ministry of Culture expects to survey 10,000 people throughout the national territory with a view to obtaining a representative sample of the cultural realities of the country. The process will allow them to identify needs, map cultural priorities, strengthen access to cultural rights and guide public investment and cultural programs in the coming years. "

The consultation is digital, voluntary and accessible from any device with an internet. The responses will be used exclusively for diagnosis and cultural planning purposes
