Panama, September 12, 2025. - The Latidos del Barrio project has initiated training, including lectures with social strategy experts. Jairo Gutiérrez Henao, an international training person with an organizational culture and sustainable, secure and human mobility, expressed his views about these strategies and how to put them to a good port through sustainability.

"Social Strategy for Sustainability: Diálogo de Saberes" was co-organized with the Alliance for Human Development Viodelda Cenci Romagnoli and the University of Panama as a contribution from the academy and civil society organized to this social and cultural project that is intended to be developed at national level, starting with its installation at San Joaquín, TINta Costera 3 and Ciudad Esperanza.

The technical team of Latidos de Barrios, national police and community leaders interacted with Gutiérrez, who has an extensive experience with the inclusion of communities, generating confidence and a sense of belonging. He explained how that with connection will be generated through spaces of dialogue with communities, strengthening confidence and building more human projects.

The idea with initiatives of this kind is to create community scenarios of intentional participation, thus promoting collaboration and collective sense. "Building from within with respect for the environment allows us to move forward without excluding them. Community creativity is key to great challenges," Gutiérrez said.
