To conduct the magic of cinema to communities, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) initiated the second season of "Cinema Culture in Your Community" in partnership with the Juan Diaz Community Board. The event, held at the basketball court at La Concepción School, at Juan Diaz's rectification, did not only offer a cinematic experience but also sought to promote the creation of new audiences that can appreciate and enjoy the seventh art.

The attendees enjoyed with families the Panamanian film "Me Dan el Panzer," directed by Rodrigo Quintero and produced by Jiro Ramos. That work, inspired by the lives of outstanding Panamanian football player Rommel Fernández, sends a message of determination and personal survival, focusing on a man's efforts to offer his family a better life.

The event began at 6 p.m. with an excellent presentation by Club Freestyles Panama, made up of talented youth who demonstrated their skills and skills with the ball. Following the film's projection, the attendees participated in an enriching conversation with legendary football player Rubén "Tátara" Guevara, who shared an inspiring message of survival. Also, trias and gifts were given to the participants.

Sheila González, National Director of Cinema, emphasized that MiCultura is committed to bringing cinema closer to communities, offering children, youth and adults a unique opportunity to experience the power of stories on the big screen. According to González, cinema is a valuable means that can educate and inspire people.
