Amy Vivianne Campos Puy, Karol Arling Matute, Luzo Rodriguez, are the winners of the second version of the Rosa María Britton Youth Counting contest.

The Jury, made up of writers Ramiro Ochoa Aguilera, Katia Malo and Briseida Bloise, selected winners from among the 42 stories that met the issue, with an emphasis on the use of literary resources, good character management, an appropriate vocabulary, good spelling and the quality of the stories.

The awards were awarded as follows:
First place: The last drop of water, by complainant Amy Vivianne Campos Puy - Pan American Institute, Chiriquí.
Second place: Unnamed creatures of complainant Karol Arling Matute - Cultural Institute.
Third place: The Fate of Water, by the author Luzo Rodriguez - Our Lady of the Angels College, Chiriquí.

The Jury gave two words of honor to the tales "The Thoughts inside the box" by complainant Ann Marie Melo, The Oxford International School and "La niña del Copé" by Sara Sofia Soles from the Homelife Academy College.

The winners will get cash prizes, a scroll and a single volume of the winning stories.

The contest was attended by Panamanian or foreign students with more than five years of established residence in Panama, from seventh to twelfth grade at public or private schools in the Republic of Panama.
