For the second year, the Chinese Spring or New Year festival becomes a country event with free activities for all ages that visualizes multiculturalism, union and friendship that exists between China and Panama and at the same time Highlights the virtues of the Water Rabbit, such as longevity, peace and prosperity.

The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), Panama's Tourism Authority (ATP) and Panama's mayor's office are some of the state's parties that have been united with this festival that brings a varied schedule of activities such as dances, concerts, crafts and dragon boat competitions, among others that will extend up to March 2023.

During the opening event, the hosts expressed their appreciation from each of the Chinese associations organized at national level for their recognition of their contribution to the country by the Chinese community and their support for this national initiative to give Panama that gift as his homeland.

One of the most important scenarios in the capital town will be the 4th Centennial Park, located at San Felipe, which has been dressed in red from Friday 20 to Sunday 22 January with a bazaar, live shows with guest artists and workshops among other attractions.

Other commercial centers will also be decorated as the El Dorado, Multiplaca, Altaplaca and Metromall Shopping Center, while, in the interior of the country, with local governments that have been united to this event we will have cultural, economic and social activities that have united us.
