In the family months, the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) through the national leadership of Handicrafts held at the Visits Center of Old Panama an artisan festival with the participation of 20 artisans who have shown the diversity and creativity of their products to the national and foreign public.

Jaime Luna, national director of Handicrafts at MiCultura emphasized that "this type of day is ideal for families to spend a Sunday enjoying cultural attractions, with folk presentations and sale of all kinds of handicrafts." The handicraft show forms part of the day of open doors to the Old Panama Archaeological Site, where visitors can come in free and enjoy the story at their monuments and at the museum.

The public was offered cuisine with typical dishes such as baccalaureates, Sus, fried fish, coconut and fish rice, seafood soup and tidddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd@@

The festival was accompanied by a walk by a well-known Panamanian designer Alex Adames about Afro Fashion, as well as presentations of folklore dances and dances from native groups.
