MiCultura supports Urban Fest festival

Four "Hip Hup" and 16 youth and adults individually participated at the urban Fest, music, dance and culture festival that was held at Cathedral Square at Casco Antiguo.
The activity undertaken by Flava Urbana promotes the cultural movement "Hip Hop" in Panama and according to its director, Luis Aguilar aims to reactivate the competition of Breakdance and breaking dancers.
The Ministry of Culture through the office of Casco Antiguo (OCA), together with the micro-enterprises supported this activity that aims to provide entertainment and reactivate dancers, rappers, DJS and graphers that are part of this genre.
The Urban Fest microevent was free, with dance workshops, rap shows, breaking battle and with MiCultura's "artisan market" where attendees were able to acquire crafts and enjoy rich MiBarrio's flavors project plates.
