Panamanians and foreigners who are passing through our country have enjoyed a pleasant musical afternoon with the National Symphony Orchestra (OSN) as part of the events to celebrate the 75th birthday of Tocuman S. A. International Airport

They were twelve pieces of the Panamanian symphony repertoire, performed by the 63 musicians of this group who have recently reached 81 years of age at the service of culture and have been shown to be the first time that they have been represented in this space.

Rafoul Arab, general manager of Tocumen S. A., mentioned "we are celebrating our 75 anniversary of operating for Panama and offering great service to the whole region.

"That airport is an ideal place to give cultural performances of art and music, so that the rest of the region and the world will get to know us, it's the entrance to our Panama," added Arab.

For his part, Jorge Ledezma Bradley, director of the OSN emphasized "this participation is a sign of our country's cultural level, as symphony is an indicator of Panama's cultural development."

The OSN's Annual Programming includes other presentations with church headquarters, parks and theatres with concerts in open spaces, most of them free of charge.
