The Minister of Culture, Giselle González Villarrué received a commission from the Board of Directors of the Association of Employees of this ministerial entity headed by his Secretary General, Tomas Ríos, and established parameters for dialogue and consultation about issues pertaining to the labour force of the institution.

Following the meeting, Ríos welcomed Minister González Villarrué and reiterated his support for his management as well as the opportunity to discuss some issues of benefit to the nearly a thousand officials of the entity.

Those issues included the payment of co-workers working at theatres, museums, wage adjustments and the adoption of compensatory times, among others.

At the meeting, Minister González Villarrué expressed to the workers' representatives that their administration will be open doors to maintain the dialogue as a tool to resolve any difference that may come about.
