The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) donated thirty-five thousand and two hundred balboas (35.200.00) to the Gramo Danse Foundation for the conduct of the show "MAR DEL ZVR," Myto and Reality to be held on November 21 at the National Theater.

The work, to be presented as part of the activities of the Bicentennial of Independence of Panama of Spain, will involve 15 talented artists in "air dance" and "contemporary dance" and entrance to the public will be free.

Ximena Eleta, president of the Foundation and also part of the cast explain that the work tells about the sightting of the South Sea, by Vasco Núñez de Balboa, the myths and realities that revolve around this event.

He added that it's about "seeing the Pacific Ocean in today's world, in today's world. That means in terms of a connection between continents and an exchange of people's ideas."

The incumbent of Culture, Carlos Aguilar Navarro and the director of Administration and Finance, Flor de Lotto Concepción gave the donation to the president of the Foundation, Ximena Eleta de Sierra.
