The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) has launched the Writer Training Program (PROFE) for the genres of poetry, tale, theater, novel, essay, film script and creative writing.

MiCultura through the Letras Department of the National Section of the Arts, explained that for reasons of COVID19, this year training will again be in virtual modality.

The workshop is aimed at young people and adults who wish to learn different knowledge about the office of writing. The program starts June 19 and will end October 2, with classes from 9: 30 a.m. to 1: 30 p.m. with a total of 64 hours and with a total value of about 150,000 pat.
"For this issue we will have a new film script program, as every year we confirm that cinema gain more presence in the imagination of viewers and more than one person wants to know how to write a good script., stated Daniel Domínguez, National Director of The Arts of MiCultura.

The program will have seven subjects that become an equal number of different opportunities for them to have access to the literary and cinematic universe Dominguez explained.

Those benefiting from these training will be cared for by high-profile and literary writers and with an important published work and awards that have rewarded their talents, Dominguez added.
