BOMBERS and MiCultura FIRMAN AGREED ON COOPERATION and ASSISTANCE

An inter-institutional agreement that formalizes educational and cultural cooperation and assistance between the Ministry of Culture and the Benemérit Fire Corps of the Republic of Panama was signed by the incumbent of MiCultura, Carlos Aguilar Navarro and the general director of the BCBRP, Colonel Abdiel Solís Pérez.
The document lays down an important number of actions that could be undertaken by both governmental organizations that will strengthen their links.
Following the signing of the convention, technical actions will be coordinated for the promotion, development, implementation and implementation of projects and activities in social, educational, community and cultural areas, as agreed and as part of their respective roles.
The incumbent of MiCultura, Carlos Aguilar Navarro, emphasized that on the occasion of the year of the Bicentennial of Panama's Independence of Spain, the Framework Convention for Cultural Cooperation and Technical Assistance will be developed "Dianas to Bicentennial," to be held on the 28th of every month of 2021.
He also outlined the opportunity for the children of the Ministry's partners to integrate throughout the country into the children's brigades organized by the Panama Fire Corps.
Likewise, Colonel Solís emphasized that MiCultura will assist fire fighters in creating a National Bomberil Museum where assistants will be able to get to know about different aspects of the history of the Fire Corps.
He also expressed his gratitude for the support currently being given by the Ministry of Culture to the project to create the above-mentioned museum.
Similarly, interchange, course, workshops, seminars, conference and training of personnel will be jointly organized with a special interest in the issues of culture, security and prevention.
Another activity to be undertaken under this convention is support for guidance and technical assistance to advance the formulation of a typical set involving partners and families of the parties.
