Artists with autism have an exhibition

In the framework of the World Day of awareness about autism, the Ministry of Culture through the Office of Equal Opportunities and with the support of the Foundation I'm Capaz presents an exhibition of 8 talented young with autism with the motto "I Can Learn, I Can Painting" that will be exhibited from April 7 to April 13 at MiCultura's facilities.

Visitors will be able to admire 13 paintings with different techniques such as acrylic and oil and two creative sculptures made with recycled material.

Gabriel González Deputy Minister of Culture noted that "this event is the result of the efforts of civil society and the National Government that we have shown that together we can create initiatives that highlight the value and artistic talent of young professionals who know how to express their talent and skills through art."

For Jorge Morales, National Director of Equal Opportunities, "this sample makes it possible to sensitise, recognize and visualise the work and efforts of these young artists that with their talent can generate more employment opportunities."

The young people involved are: Eduardo Boyd, Jhonnattan Caballero, Randú Avila, Dariush Nilipour, Bernardino Lozano, Xavier De la Guardia, Juan de la Fundación Reo Capaz and Romel Bravo, an independent artist.
