Panama March 16, 2026. Santiago de Veraguas lived two nights filled with music, national talent and family atmosphere with the conduct of Musicalion Highlights, a free artistic meeting that brought hundreds of people together on March 14 and 15 on the grounds of the Old Municipal Gymnasium, making space a great outdoor stage for performing arts.

The program began on Saturday with the "Interstellar" concert, a musical experience inspired by the great sound bands of film and television. The youth of the Symphony Band of Musicalion performed pieces of iconic productions such as Star Wars, Superman, Lilo & Stitch, Guardians of the Galaxy and the Stranger Things series, leading the public to a sound tour full of adventure, emotion and fantasy.

The celebration continued on Sunday with "Tropicalia: Salsa and Caribbean," an evening with a rhythm with the Kshamba group and outstanding voices of national talent as Samilka Pitre, Luis Lugo, Anita Barroso, Fhe, Russo Villarreal and Daniel Gaglimore, who put them to dance with a repertoire full of Caribbean energy.

In addition to the concerts, the Ministry of Culture had a stand where emerging artists put forward their creative proposals, generating a space of visibility for new voices of art and national culture.
Activities began from 4: 00 p.m. with spaces for family enjoyment, while concerts began from 6: 00 p.m., allowing residents and visitors to enjoy a true outdoor musical party.

That initiative was developed with the impetus of the Ministry of Culture of Panama, in collaboration with the ARIA Foundation, with the aim of bringing high quality artistic experiences to different regions of the country and strengthening access to culture in communities.

With Musicalion Highlights, both institutions fulfill their commitment to promoting performing arts and creating meeting spaces where music, national talent and cultural co-existence are leading challenges.
