MiCultura forms part of the 23 countries that participated in the Virtual launch of the presentation of the Ibero-American year of Libraries 2021.
That event was led by Iberlibraries and was an undertaking undertaken by the country and committed to the National Library and Public Libraries, attached to the Ministry of Education.
Representatives of the organizing body, Ana María da Costa Souza, President of IBERBIBIOTECAS and General Coodinador of Brazil's National Public Biblioteca System, Enrique Varga, Coordinator of the Ibero-American Cultural Space of the Ibero-American Secretary General, SEGIB, and Jeimy Hernández, Coordinator of the Reading and Biblioteca Section of the Regional Centre for the Promotion of Public Biblioteca in Latin America and the Caribbean, CERLALC, María Angelica Fuentes, Chair of the International Federation of Biblioteca and Biblioteca Association of Latin America, ABALA and the Association of Latin American and Caribbean, President of the Association of Ibero and Caribbean, and Caribbean, ABINALA, and Caribbean Biblioteca.
