The registration of the summer courses in the City of the Arts, marked a new record of citizen participation by completing more than 6,000 quotas in just 24 hours after his official registration was opened on January 6. That initiative forms part of the activity of the Vibra Panama 2026 program, to be held from January 12 to February 11, 2026.
The Vibra Panama 2026 Summer Course offers an intensive program in different artistic and cultural disciplines, designed to guarantee academic quality, responsible organisation and meaningful training experience, considering the actual capacity of spaces and appropriate care for each participant.
The registration process, fully digitally conducted, allowed interested people to get to know the available academic offer, select courses by age, interest and time and have an orderly access to the available quotas, which have been run out in record time.
The Creative Summer - Vibra Panama will also be developed at the Center of Art and Culture at Colón with an extraordinary response: more than 2,000 registered with an increase of 1,200 children and adolescents more than last year. Of them, more than 110 are children with disabilities, reaffirming our commitment to inclusion in the artistic and cultural sector.
That program at Colón opens up real opportunities for the comprehensive development of children, adolescents and families through creative, training, recreation and community integration spaces.
The massive response of the public reflect the growing interest in artistic training as well as the consolidation of Vibra Panama as one of the most awaited initiatives of the summer, aimed at children and youth and adults interested in strengthening their creative skills and actively participating in the cultural life of the country.
With this issue, the Ministry of Culture aims at democratization of access to artistic education, development of creative talents and strengthening of the City of the Arts as a space for meetings, training and co-existence and as a national reference point for cultural training during the summer season.
To get to know about future calls, cultural activities and training programs, the Ministry of Culture invites citizens to stay apprised through their official channels and institutional social networks @ miculturapma and the MiCultura.gob.pa.
