1 December 2025 The Ministry of Culture will conduct a number of activities during the month of December with a view to strengthening the cultural agenda of the country.
Activities will be developed at parks, theatres, churches, universities, auditoriums and more, starting from 1 to 27 December.
The initiatives include "El Cascanueces," under the artistic direction of Sasa Adamovic, La Ruta del Parque at Christmas, the concert tour at the Panama Symphony Orchestra and the Christmas concert "Melodías de Esperanza" with the Panama Network of Orquestas and Children's and Youth Cores and the Naviband Tour, a moon full of drums with Alfredo Hidrovo.
The Panama National Ballet presents a special edition of "El Cascueces," which promise to become one of the most memorable moments with 11 functions scheduled from 4 to 14 December at the National Theater.
The Panama Symphony Orchestra will also offer a series of concerts at different points of the country. The following dates and locations will be held at the specialized technical institute (ITSE) of Tocuman on December 5 at the San Francisco de la Montagna Church on December 9 at the Center of Art and Culture at Colón on December 10, at the Universidad Técnica Superiado Specializado (ITSE) of Tocuman, at the Cultural and Sports Auditorium of Capira, and at the Parish National Sanctuary of the Heart of Mary, and at December 18 at the Civil and Social Church at December 18 at the Civil and Social Center of Diaz.
To these activities are added the Christmas concerts "Melodías de Esperanza" with the Network of Orquestas and Children's and Youth Chors of Panama, held from 1 to 29 December, with more than hundreds of artistic activities throughout the country, from Panama town to Colón, Chiriquí, Azuero, Veraguas, Bocas del Toro and Coclé.
On these dates, the different modules will offer recitals, children's and youth concerts, Christmas gala, Special Education presentations, annual closures as well as symphonical-choral concerts and special events at churches, theatres, parks and community spaces.
The agenda also includes outstanding participation as the Christmas concert with Banesco at the National Theater, the European Union concert at the Church of Carmen, the Inclusive Gala at the Balboa Theater, the Symphony-Coral Gala at Tocumen and several thematic recitals throughout the month.
The Park Route at Christmas, an initiative that will transform Omar Rehab Park into a festive environment with thematic areas, family shows, commercial, gastrosquare, playground and free activities for the whole family.
On Saturday 6 December at the City of the Arts begins NaviBand filled with drums, an afternoon full of music, rhythmic games and Christmas spirit with Christmas magic.
