The Latidos del Barrio Program advances with good foot

Panama, 25 August 2025. - The Latidos del Barrio, at El Chorrillo, currently has its own space. Today the National Land Administration Authority, ANATI, gave the title of property to the Ministry of Culture of a place situated at the Rig Coast 3.
The General Administrator, Andres Pagés Chanis, gave to the Minister of Culture, María Eugenia Herrera, the document of this area, that has a central and strategic location and will now be dedicated to the development of the program Latidos del Barrio: an initiative that aims to strengthen the social fabric through culture by offering spaces for meeting, artistic training and citizen participation.
That formalization reaffirms the Government's mission to provide legal certainty about the Earth not only to families and communities but also to state institutions, in this case to MiCultura to consolidate a program that brings art and culture to the lives of thousands of Panamanians.
With this new step, progress has been made as part of the vision of President José Raúl Mulino of promoting inter-institutional participation, modernizing public management and delivering concrete results for the benefit of the public.
