At the National Crafts Fair 2025, the renowned Panamanian entrepreneur and electronic commerce expert Irving Herrera, CEO of Ecomer LLC, will offer free training for more than 600 artisan and the public at large with the aim of teaching them how to sell their products in Amazon and gain access to new international markets.

The training, entitled "How to sell at Amazon?" will be held from July 31 to August 3 at the La Huaca Theater at the ATLAPA Convention Center from 10: 00 a.m. to 12: 00 p.m. and represents a unique opportunity to transform artisan work into a profitable global business.

The activity combines a two-hour theoretical session with four days of practical laboratories, especially designed for people with no prior experience with digital commerce.

During the workshops, participants will be given a useful guide to start their presence at Amazon and will get to know key strategies for presenting their products in an attractive and competitive manner. Digital tools that can be supported by creating visual content and striking descriptions and key recommendations to highlight in a global market will be explored with clear, accessible and contextualized methodology for entrepreneurs from the craft sector.

That initiative aims at empowering artisans by providing them with the tools necessary to professionalise their jobs, expand their commercial reach and turn their talent into a sustainable source of income.

A valuable door also opens for the public interested in engaging in the digital environment to discover the potential of electronic commerce and how to start with little time and resources

The entrance cost to the National Crafts Fair is $3 million for adults, $1.50 for retirement and free for children under 12 and uniformed students. The entrance to this training is part of the activity of the fair and so it's free for all those attending this great annual event that's the National Crafts Fair.

That training represented a concrete step towards the digital inclusion of Panamanian artisans, bringing them closer to the world of online sales and opening up new opportunities for personal and economic growth.
