SERTV's producers and photo directors have been given an exclusive workshop about management foundations as part of his training program with his partners with the aim of improving the quality of television production standards.
In his course his facilitator, film and film teacher at Syracuse University, Alexander Méndez Ginder, focused on the importance of the director's viewpoint to achieve his intended aesthetic goal, creating a style, tools and methods to achieve this.
