At the International Women's Day, the National School of Plastic Arts of the Ministry of Culture presents an 8M exhibition "Women, Art and Memory," a collective show that brings together the talent and creativity of women artists through 28 works of painting and sculpture.

The exhibition, which will be open to the public until March 31 at the Plaza de la Ciudad de Las Artes, stands out the participation of painters, sculptors, graduates and students from the institution.

With their art, these creators offer a unique perspective about the feminine experience, exploring the memory, identity and role of women in society through different artistic expressions.

The director of the National School of Plastic Arts, Ricaurter Him, emphasized that "every work reflects an authentic expression: some transmit serenity and reflection while others radiate energy, strength and the joy of living."

The exhibited pieces cover techniques such as engraving, painting, sculpture, oil, acrylic and tiza cake, enabling an extensive exploration of styles and visual discourse. With strong colors, bold forms and innovative approaches, this sample is an example that art as a powerful means of memory, identity and social transformation.

He added that "more than an exhibition," Women, Art and Memory "is a space for dialogue that invites reflection on the role of women in the construction of history and its representation in contemporary art.
