The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) invites all performing arts professionals from Panama as well as cultural managers, groups and companies to be part of the Ibero-American Year of performing arts 2025.

At this occasion, the Ibero-American Research and Research Foundation (Iberescenna) programme has launched a special microsite to highlight the diversity and wealth of the sector in the region.

Cultural managers from Panama that organize or participate in events of theater, dance, circus, living arts and interdisciplinary projects can register their events at the microsite and be part of this great celebration.

The virtual stage becomes a meeting place for artists, managers and public from the 22 countries that make up the Ibero-American Cultural Area. It will share presentations, seminars, talks, exhibitions and other activities that will promote the exchange and professionalism of the performing sector.

Since 2013, Panama has been a member of IBERESCENA through the Ibero-American Academic Arts Aid Fund, a program that promotes the creation and collaboration of artists and cultural managers from the region.

To register your activities and projects, you have to sign up to iberescia.org, go to the "Iber AA.EE Year" tab, select "Update your activity," sign up and complete the form with the details of the event.

Each proposal will be revised by the technical unit of IBERESCEN and, after its adoption, will be published within 72 hours.

Under the motto "Scenes of diversity," the Ibero-American Year of Academic Arts 2025 aims to highlight the impact of art on society by promoting dialogue, reflection and a culture of peace in Ibero-America.
