The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) conducted an educational and cultural tour in the provinces of Panama and Colón from 24 to 26 February 2025. That initiative, organized by the Institutional Office of Human Resources, benefited more than 60 children from partners from the institution.

María Eugenia HerreraHe expressed his satisfaction with these recreational, educational and cultural activities designed to promote the autonomy, integration and development of social skills among participants.

The tour began on 24 February with visits to the Red Water Visitors Center at Colón and to Fort San Lorenzo.

On 25 February, boys and girls explored iconic sites of the capital city, such as Panama La Vieja, the Canal Museum, History, Mola and National Theater. They also participated in activities at Cathedral Park, organized by the Casco Antiguo Office (OCA).

During the day, participants also had an opportunity to get to know the SERTV and the City of the Arts, enriching their experience with a direct contact with the cultural and artistic heritage of the country. The tour concluded on February 26 with a visit to the Biomuseo.
