The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) supports the Panamanian production of Fondo Cine with the project "Cinema Culture in Your Community," that Visibilizes the work of Panamanian filmmakers through film and talk projections at different parks and communities throughout the country.
At his second stop, "Cinema Cultura en su comunidad" came to the Parque Andrés Bello, at Bella Vista's correction, where complete families enjoyed a film night with the projection of "Me Dan El Panzer," a story inspired by the lives of renowned football player Rommel Fernández Gutiérrez, who shows his passion for football, perseverance and, above all, how sports transformed lives.
Felipe Baloy and Juan Ramón Solís, leading Panamanian football player, were invited to this activity and mentioned that as with Rommel Fernández, they had to overcome challenges and barriers to making football their profession.
Jairo Ramos, a producer of Me say El Panzer, expressed, "we are very proud to share a simply Panamanian story, made with a great deal of effort and sacrifice. They were nine years of research between the Club Deportivo Tenerife and El Chorrillo, to get to know how Rommel Fernández's life was and to translate it best on the screens."
The Frestylefutbol Club held the event with a sample of this discipline, which has been established at an international level for 13 years.
The next stop at Cinema Cultura in your community will be held September 28 at the Andes Sports complex # 2. To get more details, follow the official account @ miculturapma.
