The International Book Fair 2024, one of the most awaited events by reading lovers, will open its doors from August 13 to 18 at the Atlapa Convention Center with an innovative and enriching proposal by the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura), which promise to be one of the most outstanding points of the fair, offering a unique experience for children, youth and adults.

The MiCultura stand will be highlighted by the participation of 80 Panamanian writers who will have a space for the sale and signature of their books as well as by Gustavo Barrios's presentation of the Ballet's photo book "La Esmeralda."

The culture pavilion will also be a meeting point for activities such as concurrently with Panamanian filmmakers, advice and copyright records, program to create video games by students at the Universidad Interamericano de Puerto Rico (INTER), artistic presentations by the Chiripón clown, together with storyteller and other activities.

The program will include a great Literary Gala and colloquium with winners of the National Literature contest Ricardo Miró and the Retirement of the Rosa María Britton 2024 Counting Youth Competition, at the Bejuco Chocoe and Chaquira halls.

The MiCultura stand will be open every day from 9: 00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m..
