The Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) once again participated with a number of public and private entities in the celebration of the Day of Children and Children, under the theme "The Retirement of the World in One Day," organized by the First Lady's Office at Omar Rehab Park. The event was held from early morning to afternoon and was completely free.

That year, the stand of the Ministry of Culture was visited by hundreds of boys and girls accompanied by their parents, who participated in activities to learn about the Winis Reensemble (chaquiras), indigenous jewelry from the Guas peoples, Jagua's body paintings (natural dye), storyteller and singing workshop, folk dance workshops, artistic creativity workshops, Tancúcuas, We are Living Heritage and a workshop in motion.

The Deputy Minister of Culture, Arianne Benedetti, was present at our MiCultura Zone sharing with children and participating with different challenges and experiences.

The Day of Children and Children in Panama, established under Act No. 56 of 15 December 2004, takes place on the third Sunday of July of each year, during which children enjoy fun games with their parents.
