A report about Institutional Development, Human Resources, Administration, Legal, Internal Audit and Infrastructure initiated the transition process at the Ministry of Culture (MiCultura) at an event chaired by Minister Giselle González Villarrué and his designated similar, María Eugenia Herrera.

González Villarrué and his work team emphasized the start of a "transparent, tidy and open process that at the same time is the first of this ministry" and later synthesized about the projects that have been developed, among them he mentioned the regulations of the General Law of Culture and City of the Arts, among others.

González Villarrué emphasized to the Minister-designate that culture is an important pillar of social transformation and an important pillar of economic development through creative and cultural economies.

The appointed Minister of Culture, María Eugenia Herrera, who accompanied herself from his team, stated that she "has a great challenge" at the head of the entity and to show that "art brings us together, that it enriches and especially makes life more gentle."

Prior to his start, his presidential advisor, Benjamin Colamarco, sent a message that emphasized the commitment of President Laurentino Cortizo's administration to conduct an orderly and transparent process with a commitment to provide all information to the incoming authorities.
